What I’m out to Cause

I am out to shake up, and wake up men to their potential, by simply quitting this habit of watching porn. I have a new found faith in my abilities, my value, and my future from beginning this journey and sticking with it. I want to share it with other men, to see what else opens up from there.

I'm also committed to generating discussions around masculinity and self improvement. I believe that things really come to fruition from continuously mastering myself and my urges. These are new found passions of mine that I'm learning about, so I am looking to bring men along with me on this journey to grow and learn from each other.

As human beings we can be run by our blindspots. One blind spot most men have is really getting where everything we use came from (Buildings, technology, methods of transportation.)

These things were made possible by the men before us who built them. Which has allowed modern men to abuse the fruits of their labor with eating poorly and excessive TV and porn watching etc. I'm certainly guilty of this over indulgence, and am now rebooting myself through doing personal work to heal and grow, and to continuously cut out those habits.

Quitting porn allowed me to rediscover how I have been showing up for women I wanted to attract, and allow myself to stop feeding my lust and my ego around sex. I've begun to understand how in my head I have been around dating, and my expectations on sex and "relationships".

I was attempting to build a house starting with the roof and the windows before building a solid foundation. Going out to get laid, and putting on a facade to impress women, while I was pushing away the healing I needed to do from past relationships. While watching porn gave me a skewed view of what I "should" be getting from women. I had an unstable foundation for dating.

Creating this group of supportive and trusting men to share masculine struggles and ideas with will make for more effective, powerful, and self expressed men. Holding myself accountable for holding this space will deepen these distinctions in my own life as well.

This is a Men's only group because this is work for men to do. If you are trying to quit porn, it's not your wife or your girlfriends job to help you. It's your dick, it's your phone and or laptop, and it's your habit, it's on you fella. It's great if women are out there helping their men with this, but it's the man's responsibility to master his own taliwacker.

The level of sharing will be deeper and more intimate with only men, as we won't have to worry about "over"sharing and potentially turning off a potential female of interest. One of the goals of all of this is to become stronger and more equipped for the women in our lives as romantic partners, brothers, sons, fathers, etc.

Having this environment to learn from, could be the first step for many of you to begin your journey in kicking this habit of watching porn. It may be something you are doing unconsciously that is taking away your personal power.

Quitting it was something that allowed me to become the man I’ve always wanted to be. I now focus on what I want to create for the world, rather than doing things to get women to like me.

Do it before it’s too late and you lose hope in going after your dreams. Awaken that beast within you, stop keeping him subdued with easy, unearned pleasure and instant gratification. So many women are hungry for men who are hungry for their purpose. As are your family members, friends, strangers you encounter and other men in your life.

I am here to support you, and to share my struggles and my story of currently quitting porn. Along with sharing Josh Hudson and his work. He is the man who created the online course to quit porn for good, finding him on YouTube a few months ago is why I am writing this right now. It provoked me to go down this path and rediscover myself.

With all of my struggles in dating, creativity, and self development, I have felt like I've been missing something, and it was that I was still watching porn. I was attempting to build my life on top of a wobbly foundation.

I truly believe that quitting porn is the first step to becoming a great man and unleashing your true self. In taking this first step, I'm beginning to peel back more layers and find the next steps to building myself as a man. The men before us didn't have as much access to porn as we do. That's why they created so much for us. I can guarantee that porn is holding you back in ways that you are unaware of.

What I am out to provide you in this group, is sharing my story through videos and blogs and covering various topics in this realm of masculinity and self improvement. You will also see videos from various other sources including Josh Hudson. He's an amazing dude making a huge difference for guys with his online course for quitting porn.

I also share many videos from other great men and sources online that I watch and get value and inspiration from. I hope to inspire many conversations among men outside of myself. I've had many great chats with men about this stuff in the last few months and am excited to keep that going!

If this is something that resonated with you, stay in this group and check out what is going on here, and check out the course. It’s not a requirement to do the course to be in this group, but I really believe in it, and it provoked me to quit porn and create this group.

You are welcome to participate in sharing your struggles, stories, and videos or just watch and read what I post here. I'm open to however it grows and evolves, if you have ideas of where it can go, let me know, I'm open to listening :)

It is a deeper conversation that many men are hungry for, and I am excited to bring it to you all and to see what you all have to share!
